Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.
Click 'App Directory'.
In the search bar, type 'Freshworks' and select the Freshworks app from the results.
Click the 'Add to Slack' button.
Select 'Allow' to grant Freshworks access to your Slack workspace.
