1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.

2. Type 'PagerDuty' in the search bar and select the PagerDuty app from the results.

3. Click on the 'Add to Slack' button.

4. From the Dashboard, click on the 'Integrations' tab at the top menu and select 'Extensions'.

5. Look for the Slack app and click 'Add'.
