1. Click 'Create' and select 'Zap' to start automation.

2. Click 'Trigger'.

3. Search and select 'Podio' as the trigger app.

4. Choose a trigger event based on your requirements.

5. Select 'Grant access' to allow Podio access to your Slack workspace.

6. Once you have connected Zapier with Podio, click 'Continue'.

7. Configure your trigger options such as desired organization, workspace, and application. Then, click 'Continue' to proceed.

8. Click 'Test trigger' and Zapier will pull sample data from Slack to ensure everything is set up correctly.

9. Search and select 'Slack' as the action app.

10. Select the event for your action app.

11. Log in and authorize Zapier to access your Slack account.

12. Map the data from Podio to Slack and click 'Continue'.

13. Click 'Test step'.

14. Rename your Zap by clicking the 'Untitled Zap' button.

15. Once everything is set up correctly, turn on your Zap to enable the integration by clicking 'Publish'.
