1. Click 'Create' and select 'Zaps'.

2. Click 'Trigger'.

3. Search for 'Slack' and click on it as your trigger.

4. Choose a trigger event such as 'Send Channel Message' or 'Send Direct Message'.

5. Authorize Zapier to access your Slack account by following the prompts.

6. Search for 'Twilio' and select it as the action app.

7. Choose an action event such as 'New SMS' if you want to receive Slack notifications for new messages received by Twilio.

8. Go to your Twilio workspace and copy the Account SID and Auth Token.

9. To connect your Twilio account, you’ll need your Account SID and Auth Token, which you can find in the Twilio Console under Account and click 'Yes, Continue to Twilio'.

10. Configure the message template using dynamic fields from Twilio. Select the channel or user in Slack where you want to send this message.

11. Send a test message to Slack to ensure everything is working correctly by clicking 'Test step'.

12. Name your Zap.

13. Once the test is successful, Click 'Publish' to activate the Zap to start automating.
