1. Click on the '+Add apps' section in the left sidebar.

2. In the search bar, type 'Zoho Survey' and select the Zoho Survey app from the results.

3. Click the 'Add to Slack' button.

4. You will be directed to Zoho Survey's website, click 'Add to Slack'.

5. Select 'Allow' to grant Zoho Survey access to your Slack workspace.

6. That's it! You have successfully integrated Slack with Zoho Survey.
