1. From your 'Zapier' dashboard, select 'Zap'.

2. Click on the 'Trigger' field to select the event.

3. Search and select 'Squarespace' as your trigger app.

4. Select 'New Form Submission' as the trigger event.

5. Connect your Squarespace account.

6. Add the form you want to use and click 'Continue'.

7. Click 'Test trigger'.

8. Search and select 'Google Sheets' as the action app.

9. Click 'Create Spreadsheet Row' as the action event.

10. Connect your Google Sheets account.

11. Configure the action details and click 'Continue'.

12. Click 'Test step'.

13. Once the test is successful, click 'Publish'.
