1. Go to the left-side panel, then click the 'Pages' option under Website.

2. Select the specific web page where you wish to add your ActiveCampaign form.

3. Tap 'Edit' afterwards.

4. Subsequently, click 'Add Section'.

5. Choose 'Add a Blank Section' from the list of options.

6. Assign a specific section for the form you want to integrate and then click 'Add Block'.

7. Go over the provided options and then choose 'Code'.

8. Tap the 'Edit' icon afterwards.

9. Access the HTML panel and then paste the embed code of your ActiveCampaign form.

10. Once done, click 'Preview in Safe Mode'.

11. Finally, your ActiveCampaign form will be integrated into the selected Squarespace website page.

12. Tap 'Save' to apply the recent changes and activate the integration.
