How to Integrate Talkdesk with Zendesk

  1. On the Admin Center tab, go to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.

  2. Scroll down to the Apps section, then click 'Zendesk Support Apps'.

  3. Tap 'Marketplace' at the top-right corner.

  4. After that, search for 'Talkdesk' and then select 'Talkdesk Connector' from the provided list of results.

  5. Tap 'Install' afterwards.

  6. Enter your Zendesk subdomain, then click 'Install'.

  7. Configure the installation settings and provide all the necessary information to connect the two apps accordingly.

  8. Once done, click 'Install' to proceed.

  9. After completing these steps, your Talkdesk account will be integrated instantly with Zendesk.
