1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create," and then select "Zaps" to get started.

2. Click "Trigger" to proceed.

3. Search for "Trello" to set it as Trigger App.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New Activity," "New Board," etc.

5. Sign in to your Trello account, grant Zapier access, and click "Continue."

6. Fill in the required fields as necessary.

7. Select "Test trigger" to set up.

8. Choose a board, then click "Continue with selected record."

9. Search and select "Smartsheet" as the action app.

10. Choose an event under Smartsheet.

11. Login to your Smartsheet account, then click "Allow."

12. After logging in with your Smartsheet account, click "Continue."

13. Complete and customize the required fields, then select "Continue."

14. Click "Test step" to proceed.

15. Click "Publish" to complete the integration.
