How to Integrate Zendesk with Intercom

On the Admin Center tab, navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Apps and Integrations'.
Select 'Zendesk Support Apps' under the Apps section.
Tap 'Marketplace' afterwards at the top-right corner.
Following that, search for 'Intercom' and select it from the provided results.
Click 'Install' to continue.
Subsequently, enter the subdomain of your Zendesk account, then click 'Install'.
Configure the installation settings accordingly. Once done, tap 'Install'.
On Zendesk Support's main dashboard, head over to the left-side panel and click 'Views'.
Open any active ticket from the list.
Click the 'Apps' icon afterwards.
Subsequently, tap 'Connect With Intercom' and then log into your account.
Finally, click 'Authorize Access' to finish and enable the integration between your Zendesk and Intercom accounts.
