1. On Postman's main dashboard, go to the top-right corner and click your 'Avatar' icon.

2. Select 'Settings' from the list of options.

3. After that, tap 'Teams' to proceed.

4. Find the team you wish to leave. Subsequently, click the 'Leave Team' button next to it.

5. Specify your preferred course of action with regard to your personal workspace. Choose one from the given options.

6. Finally, tap 'Leave Team' to proceed with your request.
