How to Link a Zendesk Ticket to a Jira Issue



Guide

  1. On the Views tab, select the specific ticket you wish to link to an existing Jira Issue.

  2. Head over to the Apps panel at the left-side corner, then click 'Link Issue' afterwards.

  3. Search for the specific Jira Issue where you wish to link the selected ticket.

  4. Once done, click 'Link Issue' to proceed.

  5. After completing these steps, the selected Zendesk ticket will be linked instantly to an existing Jira Issue.
