1. Inside your Figma design canvas, choose the object to which you wish to add a gradient.

2. Following that, go to the right-side panel and click the color picker icon under the Selection Colors section.

3. Tap 'Gradient' afterwards.

4. Next, configure the gradient settings based on your preferences.

5. Once done, click anywhere around the canvas to apply the recent changes.

6. After completing these steps, the gradient will be added to the selected object.
