Guide

1. To easily find a contact, go to the Leads section from the left sidebar menu.

2. Click on a lead to view details.

3. Under Person, click on the phone number associated with the lead to make a call.

4. Or, click on the call icon that appears on hover to initiate a call using the last method used.

5. To pick another method to call, click on the down arrow button to view options.

6. Configure your options and click on Start call to call. Happy talking!
