1. Inside Buffer's Publish tab, click 'New' at the top-right corner.

2. Select 'Post' from the list of options.

3. After that, choose the channel where you wish to publish the post.

4. Tap the text field and type your caption.

5. Subsequently, click the 'Upload' tab and choose the media file you want to add.

6. Navigate to the right-hand corner, then review the post. Make your desired changes if there are any.

7. Once done, click 'Save as Draft' to proceed.

8. After completing these steps, the post will be stored under the Draft section while waiting for the final approval from the editor in charge. Once approved, it can be easily published by clicking the 'Add to Queue' or 'Publish Now' option.
