1. Click into your table where you'll be merging cells to activate the table editor.

2. Select multiple cells in the same row by clicking and dragging your cursor across them.

3. Click the down arrow button to access table formatting options.

4. Select "Merge cells."

5. The merged cell is ready—add content to keep your table clean and organized.
