1. Inside Buffer's Create Post panel, click the 'Edit Thumbnail' button right below the video asset.

2. After that, grab the slider and drag it to a specific timestamp that shows the best scene in your video. Use the provided preview to set it accordingly.

3. Once done, click 'Save' to apply the changes.

4. After completing these steps, the thumbnail of your video will be changed and optimized instantly.
