1. Open the Power BI service and navigate to the dashboard you want to publish.

2. Click the 'Share' button in the top navigation bar to open the collaboration options.

3. Enter the email addresses of colleagues who should access your dashboard. You can add individual users or distribution groups.

4. Review your sharing settings and click 'Grant access' to publish your dashboard. Your team can now view your brilliant data storytelling!
