How to Put Power BI Dashboard in PowerPoint



Guide

  1. Open PowerPoint and navigate to the presentation where you want to add your Power BI report.

  2. Navigate to the 'Insert' tab, then click on 'Add-ins' in the ribbon.

  3. Type 'Microsoft Power BI' in the search bar and press Enter.

  4. Select 'Microsoft Power BI' from the results and click 'Add'.

  5. Open your dashboard and click 'Share'.

  6. Click the three-dot menu.

  7. Select 'Copy dashboard link'.

  8. Copy the link of your dashboard by clicking 'Copy'.

  9. Back in PowerPoint, paste the copied Power BI URL into the field provided in the add-in panel.

  10. Click 'Insert' and your interactive Power BI dashboard will be embedded in your slide, ready to dazzle your audience.
