How to Record Charity Donations in Xero

1. On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Accounting'.

2. Choose 'Journal Report' from the list of options.

3. After that, tap 'Go To Manual Journals'.

4. Find and open the journal you wish to use for recording the charity donations.

5. Subsequently, tap 'Journal Options' to proceed.

6. Pick 'Edit' from the choices.

7. Following that, click an empty line and enter all the required details related to the charity donation, particularly the Description, Account, Tax Rate, Region, and Amount (Debit or Credit).

8. Once done, review your input and click 'Post' to apply the changes.

9. After completing these steps, your charity donations will be recorded in the selected Xero journal.
