1. Navigate to the Setup menu.

2. In the Quick Find box, enter “Sandboxes” and select it. A list of your sandboxes will appear.

3. Locate the sandbox you want to refresh and check if there's a Refresh link next to it. Only eligible sandboxes will have this option.

4. Click the Refresh link for the chosen sandbox.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Next button.

6. Click Next.

7. Check the Auto Activate box.

8. Leave Apex Class empty and click Create to initiate the sandbox refresh process.
