Guide

1. Click 'Campaigns', then select 'All campaigns'.

2. Click the drop-down menu for the email campaign you want to resend, and choose 'Replicate'.

3. In the 'To' section of the Campaign Builder, click 'Edit Recipients'.

4. Click the 'Recipients' drop-down menu and select 'New segment'.

5. Click 'Add filter'.

6. For the first condition, select 'Email interaction'.

7. Choose 'was sent' as the operator.

8. Click the 'Choose…' drop-down menu to select an email campaign.

9. Click 'And' to find all of the contacts that match the first condition and the second condition you’re about to select.

10. For the second condition, select 'Email interaction' again.

11. Click 'did not open'.

12. Click the 'Choose…' drop-down menu to select an email campaign.

13. Click 'Review Segment'.

14. Click 'Use Segment'.

15. Click 'Save' to send your email campaign.
