Salesforce - how to reset salesforce authenticator

Go to Setup on the top right.
Search for Users in the Quick Find and select it.
Select the user whose Authenticator you want to reset.
Click 'Disconnect' on whichever authenticator is active.
The 'Disconnect' option will change to 'Connect' upon successful reset.
