1. Head over to the Site Explorer.

2. Search for your website domain.

3. Click on Backlinks on the left pane.

4. These are the backlinks you have for all your subdomains.

5. Filter your results further by selecting Dofollow links. Click on Show results.

6. You can further specify if you only want to see the backlinks to a Domain or all Subdomains.

7. You can also filter your best links as per Ahrefs by clicking on Show best links only in the Best links dropdown.

8. Export your backlinks to a CSV file.
