Navigate to the left-side panel and click 'Settings'.
Choose 'Upload Defaults' from the list of options.
After that, tap the 'Advanced Settings' tab to proceed.
Go to the Language and Captions Certification section, then click the 'Video Language' menu.
Subsequently, select the specific language you prefer to use.
Repeat the same series of steps for the Title and Description Language if necessary.
Once done, click 'Save'.
After completing these steps, the selected video language will be saved and enabled.
