1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'Contacts'.

2. Choose 'All Contacts' from the list of options.

3. Following that, find the contact you wish to email. Tick the checkbox beside it.

4. Subsequently, tap the 'Actions' button.

5. Click 'QuickSend Email' to proceed.

6. Choose the email you wish to send, then click 'Continue'.

7. Review the details and click 'Send Now' to proceed.

8. After completing these steps, your Constant Contact email will be sent to the selected contact.
