How to Send a Remittance Advice in Xero

Guide

1. On Xero's main dashboard, head over to the top menu bar and click 'Business'.

2. Select 'Bills to Pay' from the list of options.

3. After that, tap the Paid tab to proceed.

4. Find and open the paid bill you prefer to use.

5. Subsequently, click the indicated payment details.

6. Tap the 'Options' button in the top-right corner.

7. Following that, select 'Send Remittance.

8. Provide the required information and configure the given settings based on your preference.

9. Finally, click 'Send' to proceed.
