How to Send DocuSign to Multiple Signers



Guide

  1. Click on 'Start' to add a new document.

  2. Click 'Upload'.

  3. Click the drop-down arrow under recipients.

  4. Select 'Add From Contacts'.

  5. Start selecting contacts as signers.

  6. Click 'Apply selected'.

  7. That's it! You have added multiple signers to your DocuSign.

  8. Click 'Next' to enter the document editor.

  9. Click the drop-down arrow to switch between recipients and add fields for each.

  10. Drag and drop the necessary fields such as signature or date onto the document for each recipient.

  11. Click 'Preview' to review the document and fields.

  12. Once you have checked all the recipients go back to the edit view.

  13. Click 'Send' to distribute it to all the signers.
