1. Start by navigating to 'Audience' in the main menu.

2. Now, click on 'Profiles' to access your contact list.

3. Select the profile 'Theola Frey (Sample)' to view this contact's details.

4. Click 'View messages' to see past communication with this contact.

5. Click 'Send email' to start composing your message.

6. Add a subject line to your email.

7. Add your preview text. This shows up in the recipient's inbox preview.

8. Enter your name or brand in the 'Sender name' field.

9. Specify where replies should go in the 'Reply-to address' field.

10. Click here to continue with email setup.

11. Click 'Continue to email' to proceed.

12. Click here to add or modify email content.

13. Click 'Save' to preserve your work.

14. Now, click 'Schedule & send email' when you're ready to deliver.

15. Choose 'Send now' if you want the email delivered immediately.
