How to Set Primary Key in MS Access

    Guide

    1. Go to the 'Create' tab on the ribbon.

    2. Click 'Table' to create a new table.

    3. Open the table in 'Design View'.

    4. Enter the field names and data types in the design grid.

    5. Click the row selector for the field you want to set as the primary key.

    6. Click the 'Primary Key' button in the 'Table Design' tab on the ribbon.

    7. That's it! You have set the primary key in MS Access.

    8. Click on the 'Save' button.
