On Hootsuite's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click your 'Profile' icon.
Choose 'Profile' from the list of options.
After that, find and click the menu under 'Time Zone'. Browse the given options and choose one based on your preference.
Once done, click 'Save Account Info' to apply the changes.
After completing these steps, your time zone setting will be configured accordingly.
