1. On Zoom's main dashboard, click 'Schedule'.

2. Following that, fill out the input fields with the required information. Make sure that you provide complete and accurate meeting details to avoid unwanted disruptions later on.

3. Once done, click 'Save'.

4. After completing these steps, the Zoom meeting will be set up and scheduled instantly according to your input.
