How to Set Up Asana For Project Management

1. Click the '+' icon beside the 'Projects' menu.

2. Select 'New project'.

3. Choose how you would like to start your project.

4. Choose your preferred template and click 'Use template'.

5. Name your project.

6. Click 'Create project' to proceed.

7. Add tasks to your project.

8. Organize your project through assigning teammates, deadlines, priority and task progress.

9. Also set up any important custom fields such as task priority. You can colour code these fields.

10. To manage your project, click 'Dashboard'.

11. The dashboard gives you the project's overall status.
