  1. From your Keap dashboard, click your profile icon.

  2. Make sure to use the third-party tools such as 'Google Calendar or Zoom.

  3. Select 'My day' and you will be directed to your 'Appointments'.

  4. Click 'Add appointment type'.

  5. Name your appointment.

  6. Check the box if you want to use your business name instead of your name.

  7. Add and select a location.

  8. Click 'Next'.

  9. Choose your preferred duration.

  10. Add a buffer time.

  11. Set your availability and time.

  12. Once setup is complete, click 'Finish'.
