Click the settings icon (gear symbol) at the top.
In the left menu, go to General > Calendar.
Click on the Connect your calendar button.
Choose Google / Gmail or Office 365. (depending on your calendar)
Click here.
Follow the prompts to authorize HubSpot access.
Your calendar is now connected to HubSpot.
