1. Inside Power BI's homepage, find the specific dashboard you wish to share and click its corresponding 'Open' button.

2. After that, head over to the top navigation bar and click 'Share'.

3. Enter the name or the email address of the intended recipients into the provided input field.

4. Subsequently, configure the permission settings based on your preference and add a short note.

5. Finally, click 'Grant Access' to share your Power BI dashboard based on your input.
