How to Sort Rows in Smartsheet

1. Hover your mouse cursor over the column header you want to edit, then click its corresponding 'Column Menu' button.

2. Pick 'Sort Rows' from the list of options.

3. After that, click the 'Sort Item By' menu.

4. Choose one from the available choices.

5. Subsequently, tick the radio button next to your preferred sorting format. You can select 'Ascending' or 'Descending' according to your liking.

6. Repeat the same series of steps if you want to add more conditions.

7. Once done, click 'OK' to apply the changes.

8. After completing these steps, the rows under the selected column will be sorted based on your input.
