1. To subscribe, start by accessing the report where your valuable dashboards are stored.

2. In the top menu bar, click on the 'Subscribe' menu.

3. Click 'Create a subscription' to initiate a new subscription workflow to define how and when your report will be delivered.

4. Name your subscription.

5. Customize delivery settings to ensure the right information reaches the right people.

6. Select your preferred delivery frequency to match your team's decision-making cadence.

7. Set the email delivery time.

8. Select a schedule if you want to schedule your subscription.

9. Review subscription details to ensure everything is configured correctly and click 'Save'.

10. Success! Your Power BI report will now be automatically delivered according to your schedule.
