1. Go to the top-left corner and click 'Create'.

2. Hover your mouse cursor over the 'Dashboard' option, then select the specific template you wish to use.

3. After that, tap the 'Events' tab and choose the event you want to use.

4. Review the dashboard layout and check the details indicated. Once done, tap 'Save As Dashboard' at the top-right corner.

5. Come up with a unique dashboard name and then enter it into the provided input field. At the same time, specify the location where you wish to save the dashboard.

6. Subsequently, tap 'Save' to proceed.

7. After completing these steps, the selected Amplitude template will be used as your dashboard.
