How to Use Microsoft Planner as a Kanban Board

  1. Head over to the left-side panel and click 'My Plans'.

  2. After that, find and open the plan you want to use.

  3. Navigate to the top menu bar, then click 'View Board'.

  4. After completing these steps, you can now use the selected plan as a Kanban board. From here, you can add, move, and arrange task cards based on their progress.
