Guide

1. Log in to Miro, browse the templates from above and choose 'Quick Retrospective'.

2. Create a frame for each category.

3. Each team member will add sticky notes under the relevant sections.

4. Click on the interactions tool to reflect on team performance.

5. Use the featured tools of Retrospective for your board.

6. Provide a name for your retrospective.

7. Add a description if possible.

8. Use Miro’s voting tool to let participants vote on top items. This helps prioritize what the team should focus on next.

9. Click the 'Share' button and share the board.
