  1. Launch PowerPoint and select your desired presentation.

  2. Go to the 'Add-ins' tab.

  3. In the search bar, search for 'Microsoft Power BI'.

  4. Select 'Microsoft Power BI' from the results and click 'Add'.

  5. Click 'Copy' to copy the data link in Power BI.

  6. In the empty field, paste the URL from Power BI.
