1. Inside Postman's main dashboard, go to the left-side panel and click 'Download Desktop App'.

2. Following that, scroll down to the Postman Desktop Agent section and click 'Download Postman Agent'.

3. Find and select the specific version that is compatible with your computer. Once downloaded, install the app right away.

4. Head back to your main workspace afterwards, then click 'Auto-Select Agent'.

5. Finally, choose 'Desktop Agent' to connect it to the web app and start sending API requests from your local network.
