Right-click on the table and select 'Design View'.
Click on the field you want to validate.
In the 'Field Properties' pane, set the 'Validation Rule' property by clicking the ellipsis icon.
Click 'OK' to proceed.
Save the changes to apply the validation rule by clicking the save icon.
