1. On your Upwork dashboard, scroll down to the 'Get paid' section and click on it.

2. From the 'Get paid' page, click on the 'Add a method'.

3. Select your withdrawal method.

4. If you choose the PayPal method, you will be directed to the PayPal page. Click 'Continue'.

5. If you choose the 'Wire Transfer', click 'Set up'.

6. Provide your bank information.

7. Enter your bank details and add the payment method so you can withdraw money from Upwork.
