Log in to Zapier, click "Create," and select "Zaps" to start automation.
Click "Trigger."
Search for and select Calendly as the trigger app.
Choose a trigger event, such as "Invitee Created" or "Event Scheduled" then connect your Calendly account to Zapier.
Select Webhook subscription scope.
Run a test to ensure Zapier detects new event registrations from Calendly.
Choose HubSpot as the action app.
Select "Create or Update Contact" as the action event.
Connect your HubSpot account.
Map Calendly details (e.g., invitee name, email, event time) to HubSpot contact fields.
Run a test to verify the data sync.
Click "Publish" to activate the automation.
