Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click on "Create" and select "Zaps" to start the automation process.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for and select HubSpot as the trigger app.

4. Choose "Campaign Sent" or "Email Opened" as the trigger event, depending on your preferred notification trigger.

5. Connect your HubSpot account to Zapier.

6. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects the campaign data correctly.

7. Add Slack as the Action App.

8. Choose "Send Channel Message" as the action event to post a notification in Slack.

9. Connect your Slack account to Zapier.

10. Select the Slack channel where the campaign update will be posted (e.g., marketing or team channel).

11. Customize the message content to include relevant details like campaign name, open rate, or clicks.

12. Run a test to ensure the Slack notification is sent with the correct campaign details.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
