Integrate Trello and Mailchimp for marketing campaign tracking



Guide

  1. Click "Create" and select "Zaps" to start a new automation.

  2. Click "Trigger."

  3. Search for Trello and select it as the trigger app.

  4. Choose a Trigger Event for example, "New Card" or "Card Moved to List," depending on the campaign workflow.

  5. Connect Trello to Zapier.

  6. Choose the Trello board and list related to your marketing campaigns.

  7. Run a test.

  8. Add Mailchimp as the Action App.

  9. Choose an Action Event for example, "Add/Update Subscriber" or "Create Campaign."

  10. Connect Mailchimp to Zapier.

  11. Link Trello card fields (e.g., name, email, campaign details) to the corresponding fields in Mailchimp.

  12. Click "Test step" to run a test.

  13. Click "Publish" to turn on the Zap.
