1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger."

3. Search for Twilio and select it.

4. Choose a trigger event, such as "New SMS".

5. Connect your Twilio account.

6. Select the phone number to monitor.

7. Run a test to ensure Zapier detects incoming SMS messages correctly.

8. Add Jira Software Cloud as the Action App.

9. Select an action event, such as "Create Issue" or "Update Issue".

10. Connect your Jira account.

11. Map Twilio SMS details (e.g., sender number, message body) to Jira issue fields.

12. Run a test to verify that incoming SMS messages create or update Jira issues correctly.

13. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
