Guide

1. Log in to Zapier, click "Create", and select "Zaps" to begin.

2. Click "Trigger", then search for Sprout Social and select it.

3. Choose a trigger event, such as "Story Activated.”

4. Connect your Sprout Social account and select the profile to track.

5. Add Discord as the Action App.

6. Select an action event, such as "Send Channel Message".

7. Connect your Discord account.

8. Select the server and channel where notifications should be sent.

9. Run a test to verify that Sprout Social updates are correctly sent to Discord.

10. Click "Publish" to activate your Zap.
